Great customer service. Were able to answer questions promptly. Had things that I did not know that I was looking for. Staff was courteous and very welcoming. Had place an online order and it was ready to go and package perfectly. Would recommend to anyone and will be going back next time I'm in Austin.

Staff are friendly but no drinks or food for sale in the place so if you are staying a while bring your own with you.
One of the few shops that sells mtg cards by the card so very useful if you are looking for something specific.
A fun place to play games. But employees can be rude. Bought a pack of sleeves that ended up having a boogery substance melted onto 7 or 8 sleeves when I opened the box. Guy at the counter told me there was nothing they could do for me since the box was opened. Told me to contact the sleeve manufacturer. I spend the next few days going back and forth with dragonshield for them to tell me they only do exchanges for items purchased from their online store. The vendor (mothership)
is responsible for the return/exchange. So I wasted my evening, a trip to mothership, and $15, thanks to their poor customer service.

Been here for a few MTG prereleases and the store is great! Well organized events, good stock of merchandise, and a fun and friendly environment!
The customer service is top notch. The owner and employees are always so kind and courteous. As a Magic the Gathering player, this place has everything you could possibly want! They have a great selection of product and their prices are always reasonable. MTG prereleases are blast to play here as well! I can’t recommend this place enough for magic players!
Mothership and MTG has become my latest addiction and Mothership serves up the cards and events. It's a great place for social gaming several times a week and they sell individual playing cards with a great online shopping tool. It makes it way too easy for me to find all the cards I ever wanted and their prices are reasonable. 10/10. Great service, cool environment, and I can't say anything bad for them. Great shop. I need more money to buy more of their MTG cards.
